SolaceVision
Overview
Solace Vision is a web platform where users can shape and edit 3D models using text inputs. This unique fusion of AI and 3D modeling makes virtual object creation more intuitive, especially for those not versed in traditional 3D design tools.
Here's what I contributed to this project:
- Frontend Development: Built the frontend application, ensuring secure communication with their backend using gRPC.
- 3D Rendering: Utilized three.js for rendering and loading models. Additionally, I added features for on-the-fly model manipulation directly through the frontend, enhancing user interaction and flexibility.
- Authentication & Subscription: Designed and implemented an authentication system. This system not only powers the web app but also extends its capabilities to their Unity plugin, ensuring a cohesive user experience across platforms.
Solace Vision represents a step forward in making 3D modeling more accessible. It's all about breaking down barriers and enabling more people to create in the expanding Metaverse.
